Title: Corporate Paralegal
Location: 3 days/week on-site in Venice, CA

What You’ll Do:
- Review and analyze leases, contracts, and real estate agreements for compliance and risk.
- Support transactional processes, due diligence, and legal documentation.
- Utilize legal technology tools such as iManage, Workshare, and RedLine software.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of corporate paralegal experience, ideally with real estate transactions.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation and deal structures in real estate.
- A Paralegal Certificate is preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted.

The position is customer-facing to an extent but is more focused on supporting the trade desk.

Senior Auditor



A publicly traded property and casualty insurance holding company is hiring for both Staff level and Senior Auditors to join their growing team. They’re open to hiring at different seniority levels, and have openings for both their Johnston, RI and Tampa, FL offices. These roles are hybrid onsite 3x days a week in office. This hire will play a key role in conducting independent and objective assessments of the company's financial, operational, and compliance controls.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute audits of various business units and functions, including but not limited to underwriting, claims, finance, investments, IT, and legal.
- Perform risk assessments, identify and evaluate key controls, and document audit findings and recommendations.
- Prepare clear, concise, and well-supported audit reports.
- Monitor the implementation of corrective action plans and track the resolution of audit issues.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the annual audit plan.
- Stay abreast of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit function.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

This hire will be supporting four property managers to complete and review legal documents for their portfolios, including renewals, new leases and terminations. They will also be assisting with the implementation of CRM systems and completing occasional administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- 5+yrs of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, legal secretary or related position
- Familiarity with property management documents, particularly renewals, new leases and termination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to flag, report and correct inconsistencies, missing clauses or other errors on legal documents
- CRM experience (Yardi and/or CommercialEdge is a plus) or demonstrated ability to learn and utilize new software in a position
