Director of Cycle Revenue Management

August 30, 2024A Health and Wellness organization in Downers Grove is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management. They’ve been in business for over 50 years and offer a stable environment. Previous experience with medical coding/billing is a must. You will oversee 4 managers, all aspects of the revenue cycle, ensure accurate claim submission to payers, and develop strategies to enhance revenue cycle performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize the entire revenue cycle process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient collections and reduce denials.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and train revenue cycle staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as billing, coding, and patient services, to streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state regulations.
- Negotiate contracts with payers to optimize reimbursement rates.
Preferred Experience
- 3+ years of Medical Coding/Billing
- Familiarity with EPIC software
