We’re working with a leading company looking to onboard a Warehouse Manager for one of their facilities. In this position, you’ll serve as the point of contact and subject matter expert in shipping and receiving, inventory management, and ensuring the safety of all team members. You will be responsible for 4 teams’ productivity, workflow, and continued mentorship. These teams include leads, supervisors, and 100+ warehouse members. This role comes with the opportunity to be considered for a warehouse director position.

• Ideally 10+ years of experience in a warehouse, operations, and/or logistic role
• 5+ years serving as a Warehouse Manager
• Managed 100+ staff members that include salaried employees
• Overseen a 500,000+ square foot warehouse
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication

Salary: $85K - $110K (DOE)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Pluses: Any experience with Microsoft Excel, process improvement, ability to work weekends and/or overtime when needed, and evaluating leads/supervisors’ performance.
