This is a great opportunity that allows for leadership and autonomy while supporting software application development, working with customers and internal technical stakeholders, and helping manage the company’s accelerating growth.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of customer service/help desk experience supporting software applications
- Experience leading technical support staff (mentoring, supervising, guiding on best practices)
- Excellent communication skills and drive to help others
Bonus Skills
- Microsoft SQL Server experience
- Exposure to Microsoft Web Server (IIS)
- Experience in quality assurance practices and methods
