Prominent Investment Management Firm looking to bring on a talented and detail-oriented individual to join their Operations team on-site in Union City. In this role you’ll be assisting in maintaining accurate and timely financial records for a diversified portfolio. This is a key role in streamlining processes and enhancing reporting mechanisms while collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure efficient closing cycles. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to continue their growth in a back office accounting role.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a fast-paced financial services environment
- Proficient in accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience or Exposure to private equity or hedge fund accounting
- Expert level of experience with Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTable, etc.)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to go in-office 5 days a week
