Plant Controller

August 30, 2024Our client, a dynamic and growing organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Plant Controller to oversee the financial operations of their flagship facility. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a thriving plant, ensuring financial accuracy, driving cost efficiency, and supporting strategic growth initiatives.
As the Plant Controller, you will be responsible for all financial aspects of plant operations. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will work closely with the plant operational management team to provide financial guidance, implement controls, and support operational efficiency.
Title: Plant Controller
Location: 5x a week on-site in West Covina, CA
Compensation: Up to $180k in base salary + Benefits
Qualifications for Success:
- 4+ Years of Professional experience in a Plant Controller Role
- 2+ Years of professional experience in the manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field is preferred.
