- 7+ years of experience working at a public accounting firm in tax or audit
- Prior experience in preparing and reviewing personal or business tax returns
- Experience mentoring, managing, or supervising staff members
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field of study
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in either audit or assurance
- CPA designation
