In this role you'll be hand's on building the Firmware for their remote monitoring products as well as being instrumental in the development of new product line that will be launching later this year. This will include development on bare metal devices and RTOS. The company's products are critical for securing energy infrastructure using tools from satellites, cellular networks, and other IoT devices.
You will also be working with a team to build mission-critical and profit-driving products for the organization. The company has been in business for over 50 years, they provide full benefits, 401K with 4% match, and an innovative environment that continues to grow and evolve.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Firmware development experience for the Mid-level role and 7+ years of experience for the Senior-level role
- C/C++ embedded
- Bare Metal or RTOS experience

Lead Hardware Engineer

Qualifications
- 7+ years of hardware engineering experience (Systems Designing, Test Engineering Design, etc.)
- At least 1 year of team lead or mentorship experience
- CAD and/or PCB design experience
- Understanding of a high-level programming language like C, C++, or C#
Pluses
- Any experience with National Instruments (NI) tools like LavVIEW or Test Stand
- Cp, Cpk, Gage Repeatability & Reproducibility (GR&R) analysis
