Do you have a passion for precision and a knack for keeping things running smoothly?
We're looking for a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at a leading manufacturing company! In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating and maintaining complex machinery, ensuring top-quality production.
What You'll Do:
- Operate a variety of high-speed machines following strict protocols.
- Perform routine setups, adjustments, and inspections to maintain optimal machine performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor machine issues, ensuring smooth production flow.
- Work collaboratively with teammates to optimize production processes.
- Prioritize safety by adhering to all company regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
What You Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator (experience in a fabrication shop a plus).
- Strong understanding of production procedures and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and collaborate effectively.
- Strong work ethic, physical stamina, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Willingness to learn and participate in ongoing training programs.
Hourly rate is $20-30/hr + benefits
