Assistant to the Operations Supervisor
Strategic Employment Partners (SEP) is seeking a full-time Assistant to the Operations Supervisor. We are a leading staffing provider of tech professionals! We're looking for someone with a positive attitude, hardworking and who enjoys working closely with others. In this role, you will work closely with the Operations Supervisor to ensure all office practices are being handled efficiently and accurately. Tasks may fluctuate day-to-day with the needs of the business.
The Role:
Act as an assistant to the Operations Supervisor by taking on various tasks for offices companywide
- This will include:
- Collections
- Invoices
- Logging and depositing payments
- Drafting Business Agreements
- Posting production numbers
- KPI reporting
- Placing Supply orders
- Monitoring our payroll system to ensure requests are accurate and responded to in a timely manner
- Logging deals in company logs and Crelate
- Uploading learning materials to our training portal, Learn Upon
In this role, you will work closely with the Office Operations Supervisor as well as office management and Vice Presidents throughout the entire company
- Identify and route calls to the appropriate personnel
- Perform all related office administration and clerical duties to include but not limited to: filing system management, processing paperwork, editing/creating documents using Word, PowerPoint or other software programs, office supply inventory management and ordering, mailing/shipping/handling, as needed AP/AR and collections processing tasks
- Assist the team by sourcing resumes on various recruiting platforms
- Keep a clean and organized front of office area
- Promote a positive working environment

A notable non-profit located downtown is looking to add a Salesforce Admin to their growing company.
This company has been providing humanitarian aid around the world for the last 75 years. They offer strong career growth and the chance to build your skills in Salesforce. This is a full-time direct hire role, with the team working on a hybrid model and going onsite 2x/week in the loop.
Salary: Up to 115K DOE!
