Construction Project Manager
A general contractor in Chicago is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team. They do design-build construction and are looking for folks with 3+ years of experience in a similar role at a similar type of GC.
This is a key hire that will be responsible for the management and delivery of multiple construction projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and mentoring and training junior Project Managers.
Responsibilities:
- Manage resources - Identify and procure resources, estimate project budgets, and set project scopes and schedules
- Planning - plan, develop, and execute project deliverables
- Managing - manage team members, compile reports, cross-team coordination, and other executive-level tasks
- Oversee quality control and ensure compliance within project scope
Requirements:
- Experience in Chicago construction project management
- Experience with PM software systems such as Procore, Bluebeam or similar tools
