Director of Marketing

Our client, a well-funded EdTech company, is looking to add a Director of Marketing to their growing team. You'll be a strategic leader, crafting innovative marketing campaigns that fuel brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth.
Here's what you'll do (50%):
- Develop a data-centric marketing strategy informed by AB testing, website analytics, and market research.
- Oversee all aspects of social media marketing on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Craft compelling content for various marketing channels (think website, email, social media).
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging marketing trends and best practices.
Here's where you'll truly shine (50%):
- Go above and beyond execution – you'll be rolling up your sleeves to implement your strategies.
- Leverage your EdTech/E-Learning background to understand our audience and their needs.
- Plan and execute engaging events (think conferences, webinars) to connect with potential customers.
- Bonus points for rocking some graphic design skills (think visuals for social media and marketing materials).
About You:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Expertise in AB testing, website analytics, and data analysis for marketing purposes.
- Experience using Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn for marketing.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment (think "get it done" attitude).
- Deep understanding of the EdTech/E-Learning industry.
- Experience planning events and conferences is a plus.

Clinical Project Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Project Manager In this position, you will lead the cross-functional teams to execute clinical research trials that deem whether new drugs or medical devices/products, are safe and effective.
This position is eligible to be performed as a remote position.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in a biological/health program or similar experience.
- 3-6 years of experience in the clinical research industry or equivalent.
- three or more years of experience in project management, for delivering clinical trial projects within time, scope, and cost.
- Detail oriented, with excellent verbal, and written communication skills as the central liaison for clients and stakeholders within assigned projects.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Clinical trial management and coordination experience in decentralized clinical trials or small CROs.
- Risk mitigation and Issue Resolution – Proactively identifies and resolve risks and identifying real time resolutions.

Clinical Data Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced Clinical Data Manager. In this position, you will lead the cross-functional teams to execute clinical research trials that deem whether new drugs or medical devices/products, are safe and effective.
This position is eligible to be performed as a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Act as primary point of contact between organization and CRO for Data Management.
- Provide support and oversight for the CRO Data Management team on multiple trials.
- Collaborate with the team on Clinical study design, protocol development, design, and statistical planning/outcomes.
- Review clinical trial/study protocols and provide commentary if necessary.
- Provide leadership and support for cross-functional tasks, processes, and training.
- Provide oversight and manage relationships with vendors
- Responsible for reviewing the data management documentation, data management plan (DMP), CRF, study database specifications, data validation plan, edit check specifications, data transfer specifications, data issue logs, data review plans and ensures all documents follow study design and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the data cleanup activities performed by CRO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in science, math or related discipline.
- 3-5 years of CDM experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry.
- Practical experience with successful submissions and product approvals from global regulatory authorities across multiple therapeutic areas.
- Extensive knowledge of data management processes, including EDC and interactive web response system (IWRS) experience.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines such as GCP, 21 CFR Part 11, etc.
- Solid understanding of clinical research methods, Clinical Data Interchange Standards Consortium (CDISC) principles, best data management practices and technologies related to clinical trials
- Experience with MediData Rave and decentralized clinical trials highly desired but not necessary.

This is a key hire that will not only join a strong Accounting team but participate in the groups leadership training program with a direct path to manager and controller positions in the immediate future. This role will require you to be in office 4 days a week in their Raleigh location and you will handle the full accounting life cycle (GL, month end close, journal entries, reconciliation). Required:
- 2+ years of professional experience in accounting
- Experience in the automotive retail industry
- Experience with DMS (CDK highly preferred)
- Strong understanding of and previous professional adherence to GAAP or IFRS
