Healthcare Data Analyst



One of the most reputable and highly regarded data science teams in the healthcare benefits space is bringing on an Innovation Strategist to join their Medical Practice team. We are looking for people who have experience in the healthcare benefits field and who would be able to help guide future product development. You should be able to get hands on technically when necessary using SQL and Python but you'll be helping at a higher, more strategic level most of the time. You should definitely be comfortable discussing strategies and gathering requirements from non technical stakeholders. This is a great chance to work with highly intelligent people solving real business needs that impacts a $8.45 trillion industry. This is a full time, fully remote opportunity - no sponsorship available.
Must Have Skills
- Strong communication skills, experience interfacing with technical and nontechnical stakeholders
- Strong data skills with SQL, ability to profile data and perform other data discovery activities
- Strong ability to write scripts using Python
- Experience building cloud based solutions
- Familiarity working with the healthcare domain
- Background in data analysis, actuarial science, or statistical / data science
Nice to have Skills
- Exposure to AWS cloud technologies

Required:

Senior/Lead Python Engineer

You'd be utilizing .NET Core, C#, SQL, Azure and JavaScript (Vue.js) to build out cloud based products for diabetes, retinotherapy, and cardiology software. Ideal Requirements:
- 3 to 7+ yrs of professional experience as a software engineer
- Strong knowledge of C# and OOP principles
