Controller - Accounting Manager
Construction firm focused on projects for the hospitality industry is looking for a Accounting Manager / Controller to oversee their growing team. In this role you'll be responsible for team management, financial statements, reporting, internal controls, payroll, AP, etc. You'll be working in an organization with multiple entities while helping to steer the overall understanding and financial health of the organization. You will be integral in developing yearly budgets, capital plans, and audits.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience managing a team (Accounting Manager, Controller, or similar)
- Quickbooks, Excel
- Strong GAAP understanding
- Budgeting, forecasting, financial statement, financial reports, payroll, AP, intercompany receivables, etc.
Pluses
- Construction or hospitality industry experience
- Project Accounting experience
- Audit or assurance
- Masters in Accounting, CPA, or similar education
Controller
Growing mitigation and repair services firm is looking for a Controller. This family grown organization is looking for an expert who can oversee full cycle accounting duties such as monthly closes, financial statements, AP, AR, and GAAP. You'll also be responsible for establishing and documenting internal controls, mentoring staff, and working with partners for tax filings.
This role is hybrid, offers full benefits, and bonus. You'll be working directly with executive leadership to help the company make optimal financial decisions and you'll have a major impact on the day-day accounting operations!
Qualifications
- 5-10+ years professional experience in a Senior Accounting or leadership role
- GAAP
- Experience with monthly closes, reconciliations, GL, internal controls, budget variance, and/or other full cycle accounting responsibilities
