Accountant / AP Specialist



Established, stable, and growing construction firm is looking for you! With over 50 years of experience in healthcare, school, and tenant improvement construction, they are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant / AP Specialist to support their financial operations. In this role you'll work in a team-focused environment handling AP, AIA billing, invoicing, credit card transactions, setting up vendors, and more. The company offers full benefits and a friendly environment with next to no turnover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable (AP) and ensure accurate and timely payments
- Handle AIA billing and other construction-related invoicing
- Maintain financial records and reconcile accounts
- Utilize Excel for data management and reporting
