- Experience with Docker, AWS and any Event Sourcing Architecture like RabbitMQ, Redis or Kafka are pluses.

You will play a key role in the financial health of the portfolio having oversight of a designated group of properties, ensuring accurate and timely accounting practices. In this results-oriented role, you will handle month-end close and generate reports, prepare accurate journal entries, manage the general ledger, record transactions, reconcile accounts, prepare for audits, generate reports for lenders, and interact with third-party institutions, as well as assist with budgeting and financial projections of the property portfolio.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in real estate accounting
- 2+ years of overall accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Proficient with MSO Suite with an emphasis on Excel skills and any other related property management accounting software
