Technical Help Desk



Longstanding Telecommunications Company in North Carolina is looking to hire a new member to their Technical Help Desk Team. Although this company works with large scale Enterprise Corporations, they themselves still operate in a “family style” environment. They value every employee and try to provide an opportunity for people to grow and get promoted within the organization. The ideal applicant is someone that is technical enough to coordinate and communicate with technical field workers, while also being able to discuss technical information with non-technical clients. They also value in person collaboration, so the ideal applicant is also someone willing to be onsite at their office near Huntersville. Required:
- 3+ years of technical help desk experience
- Experience working with both technical and non-technical team members
- WAN/LAN experience
Pluses:
- Telecommunications experience
- Bachelor’s degree
This role is onsite and actively interviewing. The salary is up to $70k+benefits
