The Role:

In this role, you will work closely with the Office Operations Supervisor as well as office management and Vice Presidents throughout the entire company
- Identify and route calls to the appropriate personnel
- Perform all related office administration and clerical duties to include but not limited to: filing system management, processing paperwork, editing/creating documents using Word, PowerPoint or other software programs, office supply inventory management and ordering, mailing/shipping/handling, as needed AP/AR and collections processing tasks
- Assist the team by sourcing resumes on various recruiting platforms
- Keep a clean and organized front of office area
- Promote a positive working environment
