Our client is on a mission to transform the way businesses manage their operations with our cutting-edge SaaS solutions. As we continue our rapid growth, we're on the hunt for a meticulous and forward-thinking Accounting Controller to join our finance team and drive our financial strategy forward.
- Controller (Senior Accountants and Managers will be considered)
- Hybrid (2 days onsite), Tampa Bay Area
- 115-135k (higher salary dependent on experience) + 10% bonus + 401k match
What You'll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support our strategic goals.
- Develop and implement robust internal controls and processes to streamline operations.
- Lead the month-end close process and prepare detailed financial statements for stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as an Accounting Controller or in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech startup.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with [specific tools, if applicable].
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
