A very well respected nonprofit senior living community is hiring a Staff Accountant. In this role, you'd be working on a small team responsible for general ledger maintenance, financial statement prep, reconciliation of AP/AR, fixed assets, expenses and assist in the year end audit review. You’ll be using Excel and Quickbooks often.
Must Have Skills
- Strong expertise in using Excel and Quickbooks
- Experience posting journal entries to the GL and typical GL maintenance
- Experience reconciling AP/AR, fixed assets and expenses
Nice to Have Skills
- Experience working in a healthcare facility or for a nonprofit
