This Paralegal will be tasked with managing complex real estate transactions, including loan closings and due diligence, while supporting attorneys. Responsibilities include preparing real estate documents, analyzing title documents and surveys, coordinating with title companies, and handling post-closing matters.

Term: Full-time/Direct Hire
Salary: $85,000 - $125,000 annual
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
