Litigation Paralegal



A leading and dynamic law firm with a national presence is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team in a remote capacity. This is a great opportunity to contribute to complex and diverse cases across multiple practice areas, while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.
In this role you will provide essential support to attorneys across various litigation teams within the firm.
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to 130k DOE
Responsibilities include:
- Case management and organization for multiple concurrent cases
- Document preparation and filing, including e-filing in various jurisdictions
- Comprehensive discovery assistance, including drafting and responding to discovery requests, managing document review platforms, and preparing privilege logs
- In-depth legal research
- Trial preparation support, including preparing exhibits, organizing trial notebooks, and assisting with witness preparation
- Effective communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Maintaining accurate and detailed case files
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a large or multi-faceted firm
- Proficiency in legal research tools (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.) and case management software
- Advanced technical skills, including experience with e-filing systems, document review platforms, and other legal technology
- Paralegal certificate or degree preferred

This role will support property-level accounting functions and play a key role in the month-end close process, financial reporting, and day-to-day property accounting operations. This role will directly assist the Controller and is a great chance to learn and grow under a talented leader.
Responsibilities:
• Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Prepare financial statements and management reports for assigned properties
• Review and process accounts payable and accounts receivable activity
• Assist with CAM reconciliations and lease analysis as needed
• Support year-end audit preparation and interface with external auditors
• Collaborate with property management and asset management teams to ensure financial accuracy
Requirements:
