THE ROLE:
- Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill Financial, Accounting and Technical positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
- Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
- Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed

We’re currently looking for an enthusiastic and charismatic Talent Sourcer.
This ideal individual will be responsible for engaging potential candidates for key clients along with performing recruiting and sales support functions. We're looking for a driven and goal-oriented Sourcer to actively communicate with the sales practice team and to have the ability to prioritize team tasks. Qualified candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as you will be actively speaking to and emailing and interviewing potential candidates for agency representation. SEP, a boutique staffing firm located in the heart of Boston, is hiring for a full-time Talent Sourcer to join their growing team. This is a recruiting position in which the incumbent will locate, identify, and vet qualified professionals for purposes of placing them for employment. This is a key hire that will utilize cold and warm outreach both on the phone and via various software tools to connect and build relationships with prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
