THE ROLE:
- Business Development Prospecting for local clients who seek to fill IT-related positions via telephone and e-campaigns, identifying their hiring needs, and offering our staffing solutions
- Candidate Recruiting Actively working alongside candidates from the initial point of contact all the way to the job offer phase. This includes: Sourcing, screening, and qualifying tech professionals utilizing an applicant tracking system - Hosting initial exploratory conversations in which candidate career objectives are identified – Conducting comprehensive interviews in which candidates are thoroughly qualified and prepared to meet with clients
- Learning Program Participating in our ongoing training program to obtain technical knowledge and the skillsets needed to succeed

Ignition Developer - SCADA / MES Software Developer
Established and stable manufacturing technology organization is looking for a Mid-level Ignition Developer for their custom product development team. In this role you will build software on top of the Ignition platform that is implemented with international clients in a variety of manufacturing industries. You'll work with a team to create complex solutions that integrate with PLCs, SCADA, MES, and other controls systems. This role also includes up to 20-30% national and international travel for product integration/implementation (usually about 2 weeks at a time).
The role is ideally on-site once per week in either St. Louis or Broomfield areas but full remote will be considered for the right person. Bonus, ESOP, full benefits, 401K, and more!

- 3+ years of Ignition (by Inductive Automation) experience
