IT Project Manager
Our client is hiring an IT Project Manager. You'll lead a cross-functional team, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure seamless project delivery. This will be an exciting opportunity to work under the umbrella of a well-known, global company.
This role is hybrid near Hawthorne, California.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading IT projects in an Agile/Scrum environment
- A proven track record of implementing and managing complex software systems
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are understood and met
- Prior CPG (consumer packaged goods) or retail industry experience is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

Location: Full-time Onsite (5x/week) in Hawthorne, CA for both positions
Compensation: Program manager : $130K - $165K DOE ,Senior Program Manager: $170K - $205K DOE

Position 1: Program Manager
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, BS/MS in Management, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of program management experience
- Proven record in managing technical projects and budgets
- Preferable experience with engineering drawings and design tools
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
Position 2: Senior Program Manager
Qualifications:
- BS in Engineering, BS/MS in Management, or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of relevant program management experience
- Six Sigma/TQM certification or experience preferred
- Familiarity with engineering drawings and design tools
- P&L knowledge is a plus
- Experience in automotive manufacturing preferred

Title: Principal Mechanical Engineer - Full-time|
Location: Onsite in Hawthorne, CA
Salary: Up to $175K DOE + Medical + PTO + 401k matching
Qualifications:
- BS in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering (MS preferred)
- 8+ years of mechanical engineering experience, with a strong focus on complex manufacturing systems.
- In-depth knowledge of various manufacturing processes, including machining, casting, forging, injection molding, and additive manufacturing.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.) and FEA/CFD analysis tools.
