Looking to manage a sharp team of developers while still being able to code new projects? Then, this is the role for you! My client is a publicly-traded FinTech company based in San Antonio and is looking to add a full-time Lead Software Engineer to their development team. This position is onsite with flexible schedule. You will be responsible for a team of 4 mid to senior software engineers.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- 3+ years of lead/management experience.
- Experience in C# and .NET.
Pluses
- Experience in .NET 6.
- Experience in Blazor.
- Experience in Azure.
Compensation
- $110,000 - $115,000 base salary.
- Stock Participation and Stock Rewards (publicly traded).
