Tax Manager

December 6, 2024Established CPA firm that has been in business for 3 decades is looking for a Tax Manager to join their growing team! They are seeking a tax professional with an entrepreneurial spirt that is looking to be a long-term team player with the option to grow into partnership/ownership.
They provide tax research, tax filing, tax preparation, and tax return services to high net worth individuals. They're looking for someone who has experience with tax forms such as 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120c, 1120s, etc. As a Tax Manager you'll work with a small team of Tax Preparation Specialists, researching and preparing tax return statements. Empathy, team oriented, positive attitude and a disciplined work ethic required.
Qualifications
- CPA, EA or currently working towards CPA
- 4+ years of Tax Management experience
- Experience preparing tax returns - ex: 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120c, 1120s
Pluses
- Experience with CCH, Lacerte, Tax Act or similar tax software packages
- Experience working in a public accounting firm
- Previous experience working with high net worth individuals
