This role offers the chance to manage multi-jurisdictional tax projects, lead a team of professionals, and provide strategic consulting for complex issues. Required Skills
- 5+ years of recent public accounting experience, including tax compliance and consulting.
- Proven ability to manage and mentor teams.
- Expertise in multi-state corporate income & franchise tax.
- CPA certification and strong organizational/project management skills.
Bonus Skills
- Experience with manufacturing & distribution (M&D) clients.
- Experience with provisions taxes.
- Knowledge of international tax regulations and multi-jurisdictional compliance.
- Background in M&A transactions and related tax research.
