Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee facade restoration projects, ensuring their successful and timely completion. This includes coordinating with vendors, engineers, and clients to maintain safety, compliance, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage restoration projects across NYC's 5 boroughs.
- Ensure compliance with Local Law 11 and building codes.
- Collaborate with teams for timely, cost-effective project completion.
- Maintain communication with clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Oversee on-site work and manage schedules.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in facade restoration or building envelope rehabilitation.
