Title: Director of Finance
Location: 5 days onsite in Coos, Bay, Oregon (Relocation Assistance can be provided)
Salary: Up to $155K DOE + Relocation Assistance + Comprehensive Benefits
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of accounting operations.
- Manage and mentor the finance team.
- Ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement financial strategies.
- Manage cash flow and risk.
- Collaborate with senior management.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of overall accounting experience.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a managerial/leadership role, overseeing accounting teams.
- 2-3+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment (casinos, gaming, banking, securities, investments, or other highly regulated industry).
- Strong experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field highly preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Title: Regulatory Compliance Manager

Compensation: Up to $170k in base salary + benefits + relocation assistance
Key Qualifications:
Gaming Compliance Expertise – Strong knowledge of Class 2 & Class 3 regulations, NIGC, IGRA, and state-level gaming laws.
Business & Regulatory Acumen – Ability to align compliance with operational goals, not just enforce regulations.
Stakeholder Management – Comfortable working with executives, regulators, and internal teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Industry Background – Gaming experience preferred, but open to regulated industries (banking, financial services, government compliance).
