This healthcare organization is keeping on the forefront of emerging technologies to help with decisioning and predictive analytics. They're looking for a Senior Healthcare Data Analyst and play a key role in shaping predictive analytics and machine learning systems across the enterprise. This role can be fully remote after on-boarding, but you must reside in the State of California.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide analysis and strategic direction for enterprise-wide predictive analytics and machine learning initiatives.
- Work with healthcare data to identify trends, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop complex queries, joins, and stored procedures in MS SQL Server to extract meaningful insights.
- Utilize Excel to perform data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
Requirement:
- Healthcare industry experience (ex: knowledge of claims systems, codes, payment methodology, etc.)
- Proven experience in analyst roles
- Strong MS SQL Server skills (queries, joins, stored procedures)
- Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis
Bonus Points for:
- Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools such as Power BI
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms
- Exposure to EZCap
