October 22, 2024An award winning commercial real-estate firm is hiring for a Senior Accountant to join their growing team in Sparrows Point, MD. This is a key hire that will work alongside the Controller to assist in all aspects of the accounting life cycle including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This role is onsite with some hybrid flexibility as needed.
Required:
- 4+ years of experience in corporate or public accounting
- Prior exposure to real estate property or construction accounting is preferred
- Exposure to accounting software tools such as Yardi Voyager, Oracle NetSuite, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a similar field of study
Nice to have:
- CPA designation or progress toward certification
- Commercial real estate property accounting experience
