Key Responsibilities:
- Litigation Support:
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process, including:
- Case management, including scheduling court dates, depositions, and meetings.
- Document management, including creation, organization, storage, and retrieval.
- ECF filing in federal and state courts (including appellate courts).
- Discovery support, including document production and collection.
- Trial preparation, including assisting with exhibit preparation and witness coordination.
- Accompanying attorneys to court and other legal proceedings.
- Assist attorneys with all aspects of the litigation process, including:
- Administrative Support:
- Manage calendars, schedules, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize legal documents, including correspondence, pleadings, and motions.
- Assist with client communication and relationship building.
- Document Management:
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, both electronic and physical.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of Tables of Authorities (TOAs) and Tables of Contents (TOCs).
- Ensure compliance with all document retention policies and security protocols.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant in a fast-paced litigation environment.
- Strong proficiency in legal document management software and ECF filing systems.

Role Responsibilities:
- Managing and delivering high-quality BAS projects.
- Managing a team of experienced engineering professionals.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for BAS installation, upgrades, or optimization projects.
- Coordinate with clients, in-house engineers, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing concerns.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
- Manage project budgets and approve expenditures to keep costs within agreed limits.
