August 28, 2024A local gun manufacturing company is looking to add a Controller to their growing team. This is a key hire that will roll up their sleeves and bring in a "can do" attitude to grow their finances, as they roll out a new product line this fall. Additionally, this hire will be interacting with vendors, customers and key stakeholders to maintain an effective supply chain. This role is for someone who is more than just a numbers person, they are a people person and a believer in the company's mission.
Requirements:
- Experience in a financial leadership position
- Manufacturing industry exposure
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and any ERP system
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- A "winner" mindset and are not afraid to be inquisitive and think outside the box
Nice to have:
- NetSuite
- Vendor relationship management
- Experience conducting supply chain analysis
- M&A exposure
