About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Director with a strong M&A background to drive strategic growth through acquisitions. In this role, you will lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of deals, collaborating closely with executive leadership to support our client's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A Leadership: Drive mergers and acquisitions initiatives by identifying, sourcing, and executing strategic transactions aligned with our corporate vision and goals.
