Controller
A growing non-profit company in Laconia, NH is hiring for a Controller to join their team. This is a key hire that will assist in the full accounting lifecycle including month-ed close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. This role is primarily on-site with some remote flexibility on a case by case basis. Required:
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, with previous accounting experience in the non-profit space as an Accountant, Accounting Manager, or Controller
- Prior experience supervising or managing other financial staff members

- Strong understanding and adherence to GAAP
