October 11, 2024An award winning real estate company in Baltimore is hiring for a Senior Property Accountant to join their growing team. This is a full-time position that is hybrid 3x a week in office with full benefits. This is a key hire that will assist in all aspects of the accounting life cycle including month-end close, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and analysis. You'll also be utilizing Yardi as an accounting software tool and your team will be responsible for a commercial portfolio totaling $160M.
Required:
- 5+ years of professional experience in accounting
- 1+ years of property accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field of study
Nice to have:
- Prior accounting exposure in commercial real-estate
- Previous experience utilizing Yardi
