This is a “full desk” position in which the incumbent will be expected to generate new business through cold and warm outreach, foster and maintain client relationships, and headhunt high caliber candidates. Responsibilities:
- Source new clients and business, evaluate talent, and provide consultative staffing services
- Negotiate placements and uncover and resolve recruitment-related issues quickly and efficiently
- Regularly maintain and manage your portfolio of candidates and clients
- Research and adopt best practices that are up to industry standards in aligned with company objectives
Requirements:
- 1+ years of professional client facing sales experience—ideally in Staffing and Recruitment or B2B Sales
- Strong verbal and written consultative sales skills
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to learn and navigate new software products and user interfaces
- Ability to thrive in a fast performance driven environment and quickly implement feedback and training from your manager
Bonus skills:
- Proven ability in objection handling on the phone in a sales role
- Experience in sourcing practices, such as direct sourcing, passive candidates searching, networking and application evaluation
- Previous experience in financial or technical recruiting

This is a recruiting position in which the incumbent will locate, identify, and vet qualified professionals for purposes of placing them for employment. This is a key hire that will utilize cold and warm outreach both on the phone and via various software tools to connect and build relationships with prospective candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize LinkedIn and our ATS software to conduct outreach and connect with candidates
- Partner with Account Managers and collaborate effectively to ensure a seamless recruitment experience for candidates
- Build genuine relationships and rapport with top talent, understand their aspirations and become their career advocate
Required:
- 1+ years of experience in a recruitment, sales, or customer facing business role
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Ability to accurately record and input data
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Bonus skills:
- Prior experience utilizing and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS) to manage and track the recruiting process

Staff - Senior Tax Accountant
An international, 20 year old energy company that supports projects across solar, natural gas, wind and battery storage is hiring for a Staff Tax Accountant. So fair they've raised $5B in equity for these projects and have saved 41M metric tons of CO2 from being emitted. You'd be reporting directly into the Tax Director, helping him prepare corporate tax returns, some under ASC740 provision. You'll also prepare all non-income tax filings including sales & use taxes, property taxes, 1099s and withholdings for US and foreign entities.
Must Have
- 3-5 years of experience with corporate/partnership tax return prep
- Strong tax research skills

- Experience with ASC740 tax provision
