Your Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Mastery: Draft, format, proofread, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and other litigation-related materials.
- Court Filing Expertise: Manage electronic court filings, ensuring strict adherence to state and federal filing deadlines and procedures.
- Calendar and Scheduling Guru: Coordinate and maintain attorneys' calendars, scheduling court appearances, depositions, client meetings, and other critical deadlines.

Ideal Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of proven litigation legal assistant experience, preferably in a mid-size to large law firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with legal document management software, such as iManage.
- Strong understanding of legal terminology, processes, and protocols.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.

The company has over 3 decades of continued success and has been exponentially growing. In this role you'll be working with a team responsible for Project Accounting. This is a growing team and the manager is dedicated to providing feedback and coaching to help you grow your career!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support job cost tracking and project accounting to ensure accurate financial data for ongoing projects.
- Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Work closely with project managers and other teams to ensure financial accuracy across projects.
- Maintain compliance with revenue recognition standards (ASC 606) and assist with financial statement preparation.
- Support audits and financial reviews as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of accounting experience.
