About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Finance Director with a strong M&A background to drive strategic growth through acquisitions. In this role, you will lead the sourcing, evaluation, and execution of deals, collaborating closely with executive leadership to support our client's long-term growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- M&A Leadership: Drive mergers and acquisitions initiatives by identifying, sourcing, and executing strategic transactions aligned with our corporate vision and goals.

We are seeking an experienced litigator who has experience in eviction, landlord-tenant and lender defense cases from start to finish.
Ideal candidates have the ability to mentor and assist Firm associates in trial preparation and have a thorough understanding of California Civil Procedures (ideally state and federal laws surrounding evictions, lender foreclosures).
Candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation, including motion drafting, depositions, hearings, trial, or trial preparation, as well as discovery.
Active membership in the California Bar/ Active license to practice law in California.
