Due to rapid growth, they are looking to bring a Senior Estimator to their team who will play a crucial role in accurately assessing project costs, guiding purchasing decisions, and overseeing existing projects.
Salary: $100k - $150k (higher salary dependent on experience) + bonus/commission opportunities
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience estimating costs for custom luxury homes.
- Proven track record of estimating costs for 20+ high-end residential projects.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
