Paralegal

An AmLaw Top 50 law firm is looking to add a Corporate Paralegal to their Technology & Startups team. In this role, you would provide essential legal services to emerging tech companies. This is a great opportunity for talented legal professionals to get involved with some of the most dynamic and innovative companies on the market.
Responsibilities:
- Set up the company name, create formation documents, and manage the execution and filing in the appropriate jurisdictions.
- Prepare forms for entity qualification or registration in foreign jurisdictions.
- Support the drafting of employment agreements, purchase and option contracts, stock plans, and other relevant documents.
- Assist with the liquidation and dissolution processes.
Essential qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal.
- Experience working for a law firm.
- Expertise in the procedures, terminology, and documents involved in the formation of corporate entities.
- Familiarity with California Corporations Code, New York Business Corporate Law, and Delaware General Corporate Law.
- ABA-approved paralegal certificate (preferred).
Salary: up to $160k base.

Senior .NET Developer (WMS)



A logistics company is looking for a .NET Developer to join their team and enhance their Warehouse Management System (WMS). You'll develop and maintain C# applications for inventory, order fulfillment, and shipment tracking.
This is a full-time, permanent position.

C++ Consultant

They're looking for remote Sr. C++ developers that are experienced with processing market data. Their products handle the acquisition/processing/distribution of real-time market data.
This is a remote, long-term, open-ended contract opportunity that can pay up to $60/hour.

- In-depth legal research
- Trial preparation support, including preparing exhibits, organizing trial notebooks, and assisting with witness preparation
- Effective communication with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel
- Maintaining accurate and detailed case files
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal in a large or multi-faceted firm

Salary: 75K-100K base DOE + Commission (OTE $150k+)!

- Experience selling to upstream oil and gas operators. .
- Live in Colorado, Utah, New Mexico – or close. With experience selling in the Rocky Mountain/Western US regions.
- Experience selling communication solutions such as private networks, SCADA, WAN, etc.
- 4+ years of Sales experience.
- Experience with lead generation.
