In this role, you will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of software implementation projects for our enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and customer success, to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Title: Implementation Manager
Location: Remote, USA
Salary: Up to 110,00k DOE + Benefits
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in an IT project management role.
- 2-3+ years of experience within a SaaS environment, software implementations.
- Proven experience in software configuration and system integrations.
- Strong technical acumen and understanding of system architecture.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or Engineering)
Plusses
- PMP certification or Agile/Scrum certification.
- Experience working with enterprise retail clients.
