We are a highly successful and award-winning electronics manufacturing company in Tewskbury, recognized for our innovative products and commitment to quality. We operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions to our global customer base. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Accounting Manager to join our finance team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) analysis and cost optimization principles.
- Extensive experience with ERP system implementation or heavy usage.
- In-depth knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Proven ability to lead and develop a team.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control.
