Our client, an AmLaw top 5 firm, is looking for a Sr. Litigation Paralegal to join their growing team in any of the following locations: Century City- CA, San Francisco- CA, and Chicago- IL.
You'll be supporting attorneys across multiple departments and working on complex cases. The focus for this position is general litigation and there is no traveling for trial. This role will manage all aspects of litigation case preparation.
Location: Hybrid 3x/Week in Century City, San Francisco, or Chicago
Compensation: Up to 150K DOE + bonuses & OT!

Our client, a leading Chicago Law Firm, is actively seeking a Legal Assistant to support their growing practice.
This position would involve supporting attorneys with various legal responsibilities including calendaring, general correspondence, filings, motions, etc.
Location: Onsite 4x/Week in Chicago, IL
Term: Full Time/Direct Hire
Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 DOE
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Job Title: Trust & Estates Paralegal
Location: Downtown Chicago (Hybrid Role)
A prominent and well-established law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Trust & Estates Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This role provides an excellent opportunity to support attorneys in the management and administration of complex trusts and estates. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of probate procedures and demonstrate exceptional client service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of trusts and estates in probate, from opening to closing.
- Prepare and file probate documents, including tax returns and court inventories.
- Coordinate asset transfers and funding of trusts, communicating with financial institutions and appraisers.
- Maintain and report beneficial ownership information.
- Conduct legal research and draft client correspondence.
- Maintain accurate time records for client billing.
- Provide exceptional client support and communication.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of progressive trust administration experience, preferably in a law firm environment.
- Strong knowledge of probate procedures and estate tax regulations.
- Experience with high-net-worth clients.
- Proficiency in legal research and database management.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Experience with tax return preparation.
- Paralegal certificate from an ABA-accredited program is a plus.

In this role, you'll be the driving force behind their financial planning systems, ensuring seamless operations and driving strategic enhancements.

Salary: Up to 120k depending on experience
What You'll Do:
- Own the Financial Planning Systems: Manage and enhance their multi-system environment (Vena, Yardi, Argus) to support segment and corporate FP&A teams.
- Drive Data Integrity: Maintain accuracy and consistency across all financial planning and reporting systems.
- Optimize Processes: Utilize ETL tools, collaborate with stakeholders, and lead projects to streamline and improve planning, data management, and reporting.
- Provide Expert Support: Offer day-to-day system administration and empower the FP&A team to leverage financial tools and data effectively.
- Lead System Enhancements: Design, build, and implement new solutions to meet evolving business needs, moving away from excel based processes.
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of experience in industry or consulting, with a strong focus on financial planning systems (Vena, Argus, Anaplan, Hyperion).
- Experience with ERP systems, ideally Yardi.
- Proven ability to design and implement planning system solutions.
- Expertise in data transformation and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Real Estate Industry experience is a plus.
