Our client, a leading National Law Firm, is actively seeking a Legal Assistant to support their growing practice fully on site in their Chicago office.
This position would involve supporting attorneys with various legal responsibilities including calendaring, e-filing, discovery, trial/litigation prep, and providing additional Legal Assistant support as needed.
Location: Chicago, IL
Term: Full Time/Direct Hire
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000
Candidates MUST HAVE recent Law Firm experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Legal Studies or a Paralegal Certificate preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience as a Legal Assistant in a law firm.

Personal Injury Paralegal
An established law firm in Chicago is hiring a Personal Injury Paralegal to join their team. This is a fully onsite role.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with attorneys, clients, and expert witnesses to coordinate case details, establish timelines, and develop legal strategies.
- Prepare and file pleadings, motions, affidavits, interrogatories, and other legal documents in adherence to judicial procedures and court deadlines.
- Conduct thorough legal research on statutes, case law, and regulations, providing attorneys with organized and detailed written analyses.
- Engage with clients and witnesses to gather critical information, prepare summaries of statements, and ensure confidentiality while delivering exceptional client service.
- Maintain and manage case files, including evidence, exhibits, depositions, and related documentation, ensuring accessibility and meticulous record-keeping.
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including organizing trial binders, exhibits, and materials, and attend trials and hearings as needed.
Qualifications:
• 4+ years’ legal assistant and/or paralegal experience
• Good understanding of personal injury law
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

Network Engineer
A growing trading company in Chicago is currently looking for a network engineer. They’ve been around for over 20 years and are looking to continue to grow the team.
This is open to a full-time or part time/ contract basis. The role will be a hybrid position working 4 days onsite in in the Loop (near the Board of Trade building ). You’d be primarily on-site as you get up to speed, then allowing some more flexibility down the line.
Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, fine-tune, monitor, maintain, upgrade, troubleshoot, support and repair the network as required.
- Perform regular network and firewall monitoring to identify potential intrusions or high utilizations.
- Respond to automated monitors and alerts to troubleshoot issues networks
- Test and validate all new hardware, software, and connections for proper configurations and performance.
Requirements: 1+ years of Network experience (can be flexible to more senior candidates as they are ideally looking to bring on multiple engineers). Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field
Pluses: Financial or Trading industry experience will go a long way, but is not required

BI Developer
